The team at Carpet Superstores Calgary did an outstanding job in removing the gum my 3 year old had grinded into our new basement carpet. The installer came over on time and was very professional. He removed the "gum patch" and replaced it with left over carpet we had. The patch work was perfect. I would (and have) recommend Carpet Superstores Calgary to anyone looking for a great flooring company

When we were shop...

When we were shopping for carpet, the salesman was very helpful, answered all of our questions, and was knowledgeable. He helped steer us to a great product, which we love and are very happy with. However, once the selling was done he came off as annoyed with us, and we were given the wrong size underlay, causing us to make two trips from Cochrane to NE Calgary. If only they could finish up the interaction as well as they started it, we would consider returning for repeat business.
