Pasquale Stringile was born to manage a restaurant. In the industry since 1974, he bought La Piccola Napoli from its previous owner in 2006. He decided to keep the name, which means “the little city of Napoli”, because Pasquale and the previous owner hailed from the same small town outside of Naples. He now runs the restaurant with his partner, head chef Mike Soch, who is another restaurant veteran with many years of experience. The duo serve up authentic Italian cuisine with an emphasis on fresh seafood and perfectly prepared veal. With so many years of management and culinary experience between them, Pasquale says that being a business owner was easy. “We just wanted to make it better,” he says.
