Every time we go to Boston pizza at this location we alway get terrible service. I go back hoping maybe it was just that day but no. It's pretty much bad all the time. We went today on a Sat 8ish after the rush, got seated but no service. Keep seeing people standing around talking or looking into space. 15 minutes n still no one comes to even give us water. People who were seated way after us were being served. They were not even busy. So we left n the manager didn't care after we told her.
