Theres not enough I could say ! Theyre very accomodating, if I cant call on my phone they allow me to communciate via email and always answer as soon as they can. They provide excellent care for my pets and answer any questions, even seemingly silly ones. Everyone there clearly loves animals and want to provide them and their customers the best care. I could not recommend them more!

Everyone at Chinook went above and beyond when meeting and dealing with our Shepherd. He was very scared and uncomfortable but the bedside manner was amazing and he now loves the ladies there. The staff at chinook were absolutely fantastic in handling my cat. At a different pet clinic in lethbridge, they carelessly ticked her off and made it more difficult, where as the women who perfomed the essentials of a checkup were quick and careing. There was hardly a fuss as they knew what they were doing. They were also not preassuring or upsaling me in anyway, and the price of the apt was so good, i didnt feel taken adventage of! I would recomend this place to anyone!
I have been going to Chinook Pet Clinic for 10 months and am very pleased with the service. The staff (reception, vet techs and the vets) are very friendly and personable. They understood how much my cat meant to me and I felt comfortable bringing her into them for treatments.
The Vets at this office truly care about the animals and the price it costs for their families. They do everything they can for your loved one and are accomidating when it comes to payment options.
