Crackerz Phone Exchange program gives customers the ability to buy, sell or trade their unused or current mobile phones for other great phones. All previously used devices are tested and include a limited warranty.
"We just pulled the name out of a hat," says Ron Haufler, co-owner with Mark Chaplin of Crackerz Technology. "We were looking for something catchy to do with technology," adds Mark. "Hackers would have been good, except it has a negative connotation."
Located in the heart of Langley, Crackerz opened its doors in November 2011 in a location near to where it operates today. Mark and Ron moved to the current location in May 2014. If you're looking for pre-owned cell phones and computers, or you want to have your existing technology repaired, this shop has you covered.
"We'll usually take a look at your computer and see if it's worth repairing," says Mark. "Sometimes it would cost more to repair than its value. If that's the case, we'll give you a quote for sure, but we'll also suggest some more cost-effective solutions."
This is s first class operation. I've been a patron since their first location on Fraser Highway. Very friendly and very efficient work is done at this place. The words that come to mind are trustworthy, fair pricing and honesty.
