Guru's Cell Phone Repair

Claimed they repaired my controller ONE left side joystick with a part ordered directly from the manufacturer, but just switched the whole unit with a used controller they ordered off ebay. Refused to refund me when they were caught not being able to provide a receipt from manufacturer and the s/n number was not the same as my original controller. Refused refund, and removed ALL of the internal parts of my original controller before reluctantly giving it back to me.

Was given a $65 and $240 scenario. Fully expected the expensive fix but it ended up the cheaper one. Picked my phone up in an hour and couldn't be happier. I just like to get what I pay for. They seem honest.
