Will not go there again. Got sold a bag of good and then I was told it would take a month before the glasses would be ready. They have their Lab right in the store. Had to go check a few times. Finally got them but I cannot use them, it is all blurry.Have to take the glasses back for a refit.
My fear was after paying almost $1000 that the place would close down, not yet but I would not be surprised.
Worst workmanship ever. The grooves cut into the lens were not uniform. One lens was done properly done by machine. The other seemed they did it by hand almost as grooves were way off. As a result the lens did not fit into the frame and huge gap was easily noticeable. They blamed the machine. I had them do it again, and same story they blamed the machine. Except this time they said they couldn't see any defects. And started playing this mind game as if I was the only one who was seeing this (implying I was the crazy one). Then this person got the colleague to join in on the whole "I don't see any defects" Eye Glasses workmanship requires precision.
I took the pair of defective cut glasses to another shop they adjusted it best they could for free and told me it wasn't machine cut like they claimed, but likely did it manually and screwed up by cutting the lens .5 (of the measurement they use) too much therefore created a gap, and the groove cut for the wire was closer to one edge which is why it didn't fit properly. It looks much better after the other shop adjusted it and now is only noticeable with close inspection but good enough for me. After all it's just a pair of glasses.
I would never go back to this place nor would I recommend anyone to go here. Seems they only want a quick wham bam thank you man style approach of business to their customers. And if customers complain, they make them feel as if they're at fault and crazy. Worst experience ever. I hope this will save you time and money to shop around as there are hundreds of places to go than give business to people like these. And the other colleague has some serious temper issues.
