Absolutely appalling experience! This salon lacks any semblance of professionalism. They burnt my hair, bleached it twice with no results, and slapped on a jet black color without my consent. Refused to provide basic services like blowdrying and straightening, yet had no qualms overcharging a whopping $250. When confronted about their incompetence, they had the audacity to yell at me and my sister, then promptly showed us the door. Stay far away from this den of incompetence and greed!
