    ost restaurant manager performs the best service in a restaurant. But, it's not true at Flota Seafood Restaurant located at #400-180 Keefer Street, Vancouver. I experienced the unpleasant service from one of the manage. I didn't know his name, but he is the oldest guy in black suit. I only made mistakes on the DIMSUM list, he came to challenge me why I chose the promotional item. Time limit is over. I really didn't understand why. P.S. the rest of the servers are okay.
