The decor is interesting, food is nothing special but the service is terrible. The best thing about the place is that theyre open later than most others on Broadway. Ive been a few times but tonight was probably the worst service weve received. Our server spent 20+ minutes talking to the table right beside us which significantly delayed our meal. We saw the food sit on the counter for at least 15 mins but the server was either catching up with friends or flirting with another table.
The food is to die for (especially the rolls), the music (live DJ on weekends) and random anime movies playing in the background get you in, but the food will make you come back!

The Eatery in Kits is known in for having colourful and bizarre cartoon-influenced décor, and a massive menu of Japanese- and West Coast-influenced dishes. Their experimental sushi is infamous; try the Japanese Fortress (spicy tuna topped with yam fries) and the Beet It roll (beets, avocado tempura, yam and mango).

Take the sushi pizza bites, for instance, which are freshly made rice disks topped with spicy tuna and other tasty creations. Or, the Bob Marley, John Lennon, Devil’s Tail, and Captian Crunch rolls – for these, you’ll just have to visit to find out what’s inside.

For vegetarians, the menu features a useful page full of veggie-friendly rolls, including the Popeye (spinach with peanut sauce), the John Lennon (asparagus tempura and avocado), and a Veggie Soy Roll made with mango, cream cheese and cucumber.
