Rude customer service

I called the store the first time to inquire what kinds of President choice products they had. The first woman I spoke to told me to call back because she was too busy to help me. I called back and got a younger woman and she didn't even know what an entree was. She could confirm they had no precooked stuffed turkey, but then said she was too busy to answer questions about entrees. She also told me to call back another time. This time, today all I wanted was to know what kind of entrees they had . She put down the phone, and a man came on the line. He was rude said I wasn't happy with the girls answers, that is a lie, I was very pleasant He basically told me they were too busy to answer my questions because they all had jobs to do. Well Merry Christmas to you people at the Pick and pay.
