Rude staff. I usually book trips online but decided to try going into Sell Off to get some prices on a flight only. Staff not friendly, never got asked to sit down in the chair in front of the agent while a staff member looked up a price. I stood in the middle of the store like an idiot then got a grunt when i asked for a printout..and i was the only one in there. I now see why. Ill go back to booking all my trips online. Thx for the poor customer service.

My husband booked a trip at this location. He asked the girl if there was an insurance you can buy to cancel if his wife was not up to going in 3 weeks, as I am pregnant. She said yes and sold him $250 worth of insurance. She said we could cancel for ANY REASON, 3 hours up until departure %100 refund. We ended up cancelling, finding out the insurance we bought was not at all what she said. Not only would I have not been covered properly if we had gone, but we may not get our money back.
