Agreed with comment about bakery! Its like they hate their job and want nothing to do with your order! Very rude and unprofessional on the phone and in person. No trouble to tell its not the same managers working there like before!
There bakery girls I had dealt with have been very unhelpful & seem to want nothing todo with talking to people about custom cakes. Just - pick it from the book & well make it-. I wanted a family pic put on & was told no..why? She didn't want to do actual work? Then to top it off the cake went Un eaten as the icing was stale when picked up. Will pass on getting next cake done there
