Tax Shelter

They don’t know how to file tax properly. Staff is incompetent. Never asked me for my bank details for Auto-Deposit. Asked me to sign the consent form so that they can check my status and when I call them to get update they reply it’s between you and CRA we don’t have any part. They knew I am first timer still they said I will get it in 10 to 14 business days and still after 6 Months I didn’t get a single letter. Never go to them

Waited almost 45 minutes in the waiting room to speak to a someone for 10 minutes. The person seemed nice enough however the year before my accountant got me back three times more as this accountant quoted me. I have worked at the same job for years and I have made the same amount years as well. I will be going back to my old accountant. Please check your information before comiting to this company.

Great service and very reasonable Fee.

I have been dealing with this firm for the past few years. Have tried others but was very disappointed in the service and charges. This firm specializes in tax preparation only and is not just a sideline to another business. Great service and very reasonable fees.
