When my dad had a stroke and my mother was not able to live alone I reached out to Home Instead from my home in Florida and they had 24/7 care in place for my mother by 8:30pm that evening (and it was a holiday weekend). Such peace of mind until I could get there to care for my mother and support my fathers recovery. So appreciative of the kind services of the caregivers.
Upon telephoning Home Instead Senior Care, I was received very warmly. My home care lady is marvelous, she does all I ask of her with a very friendly disposition. She continues to work even if I say, sit and have a cup of tea with me, sure she will make me a cuppa and one for herself but still works. I was visited by a member of staff who was extremely efficient and pleasant. To me Home Instead Senior Care is the best in Nova Scotia.
