Very rude brokers. They speak to you like your a bother, I have had 3 different brokers at this branch alone in the past year because they cycle through them so much. Regardless of being with this insurance broker for 7 years they treated me very poorly.
I also had horrible experiences with this branch. Been with them for 30 years, the only insurance company I ever had. I've had enough of feeling like a burden to them. Imagine, it would take me a day or so to even call them. Dreading the call bc I felt like such a nuisance. Unreal. So it's not necessarily AA Munro I have a problem with, it's one broker in particular. I'm finally out of there and it feels good to be treated with kindness and a polite broker..Too bad I had to leave to get that.
I agree Lynn L! I stay with Munro because rates with Aviva as our carrier are very reasonable and affordable for our needs. However, over last 14 years we have had disappointing, Horrible customer service, poor commuications, calls not returned, indifferent attitude towards clients (in our experience anyway) During one phone call, agent huffed and puffed and loudly sighed when I was trying to get clarification on a certain pricing issue...that was my last straw...I am now seeking another broker.
I would never recommend AA Munro especially not the Sydney River office. They go through staff very quickly.. When I would call someone, I would be told "They are no longer working here". They have no compassion and they seriously don't represent their clients. Had to go to a different broker to get contact info for my insurance company. My bank gave me info for the Ombudsman for the insurance company. A bank?! My broker did nothing. Poor service. If I could rate -100 I would.
