Work was amazing and superb. Adam and Karim did a very good job
This (Arch Kitchen Cabinet) company is amazing. I wanted my kitchen done but wanted a new look. The designers from this company came in and made several designs for me to chose from. It was hard for me to understand the designs, so Arch kitchen even made 3D models for me so i could get an idea of what the kitchen will look like. Now that my kitchen is installed, i have to say it looks amazing, and it a custom fit. There is no fillers and the kitchen cabinets go to the end. Thanks Arch Kitchen
We were treated like something the man scraped off his shoe, once we started pointing out one rookie mistake after another. * preliminary measurements used to manufacture the cabinets instead of waiting to measure the finished room. with framing and drywall *slope required by code, for the basement drain was ignored when designing his precut surfaces *Far too little space allowed for door opening and customer blamed for the walls not fitting his "Custom kitchen" He seemed to be trying to move product into a space where it didn't fit. Arch has a shop but I suspect they build prefab rather than "CUSTOM" as advertised, because estimator insisted on regular sizes for cabinetry. *the dimensions signed for, were never confirmed and the 90" turned to 88" when the peninsula cabinetry was moved in tighter to fit the length of the wall, and now our oven door does not open all the way without hitting the cabinet door handles.- UNRESOLVED. *upper cabinets similarly did not open past the ceiling mounted pot lights *one cabinet was delivered in the wrong size and had to be returned *another was incorrectly installed at the wrong height *obvious blemish in finished surface where too long a screw was used to attach finish panel *kick plate uneven due to improper order of installation *no valances were provided for the under-mount lighting, even though the drawings submitted to the electrician clearly specified them. There was no haggling on the price of this job, and there was never a rush to finish, There is no excuse for the level of incompetence and unprofessionalism we experienced. The tone was condescending and accusatory. Everything that went wrong was someone else's fault. even the customer's. WE HIRED THEM because they are supposed to know what they are doing WE WON'T ever use ARCH KITCHEN CABINETS again
