Usually happy with the cashiers. I have had two specific cashiers who don’t ask you if you have an Optimum card ( it’s hard to remember with everything going on ) I usually brush it off but yesterday said I needed it scanned. She said I could do it online. So I tried, spoke to an optimum employee and you cannot add points online after the transaction. Something as simple as asking if we have an optimum card is all I ask and not to be given false information just so they can brush off
I have gone to the store most of the time! But I moved to Parry Sound for a bit and seen that the store is so much cleaner. And the bathroom in the no frills in angus stinks like septic tanks. Also when things go on sale that the dont have a limit on it, so people go their and buy it all so the nexts day their is none on the shelfs. For the whole week of the sale.
I have driven from Wasaga Beach for the past 5 years to shop at your store in Angus. Usually I am very happy with your store.
I drove down today to do my shopping for Christmas and was completely disgusted with the store.
The first thing to greet you when you walk through the door is the produce department.
The bananas were so ripe they were on the edge of being rotten, the apples were so old the skin was like crepe paper and your bags of mandarin oranges were just plain rotten.
