I had my truck fixed there. When I picked it up after they were done, it would hardly pull itself down the road. I immediately returned to them and they refused to help me. I had to take my truck to another garage, where they showed me where Bird's Creek muffler had taken major shortcuts in their work on my vehicle. This other garage fixed it right for about what I paid at Bird's Creek, and my truck works like new again. Overall they rude, incompetent and not helpful at all.
