    terrible customer service

    Benson tire,barrie, Used this company to Cert a truck dealt with lady at the counter she was very nice ..they all need to take a class from her on customer serivce...Guys in the back slowwwwwwwwwwww.and reverse.. Manager terrible customer service skills...rud..and ..guys in back no time for anyone. Owner needs to take note of his empolyees..do a evaulation on all stafff ..would not recemd this company at all.
