Was bought a necklace for Christmas, and was with my relative at the time of purchase. No mention of the exchange/refund policy, or signage evident at the kiosk. Upon wearing the necklace it kept twisting and so I took it to be exchanged. I was told that the original tag needed to be on the item, and could have been blacked out, however, this was never mentioned when purchased. I was told the policy could be found on the bottom of the receipt. Hidden more like!
