We visited their new location on North Front St. Food was fresh, plentiful and delicious, at an amazing price. Nicole, our server, was attentive and friendly. Best Greek salad we've had in a very long time. Pork was tender and moist.

This is take-out only with some spartan chairs to wait in..so for atmosphere not too much more to say. I found the service was also 'adequate'..no one was rude, it was fairly efficient but not overtly friendly - none of which bothers me.
Getting to what really matters though the food was just OK. We ordered a couple chicken pita's.. Usually these should come stuffed with fresh ingredients, dripping everywhere, given an abundance of sauce, veggies, cheese...Sadly they sorta just meekly waved from underneath their wrappers, almost apologetically... Not near enough to drip anywhere and the meat was dry and lacking in any robust sort of grilled flavor.
I might go back to try something different, but it's usually pretty hard to mess up a pita/gyro/shawarma type meal so my confidence is a little shattered.
YES...finally real, tasty, AUTHENTIC Greek Food!!!
Over the years I have eaten at thousands of restaurants and writing about my positive and often times negative experiences in various independent local magazines as a professional Food Critic. On my way to Ottawa, I decided to stop in Bellville, ON, with two other work colleagues to get a quick meal. Boy, were we ever LUCKY!!! We stopped at this little Greek Oasis Take-Out that really was a diamond in the rough. They actually serve real tasty AUTHENTIC Greek Food!!! It brought back sweet memories of my visit to the Greek Islands. Not only was the food extremely tasty but the owners were genuinely hard working, humbled Greek immigrants who made you feel welcomed and part of their family...the loss art of true service in the hospitality industry.
I look forward in returning to this food experience at Greek “Oasis” with my family and friends in this little community of Belleville, ON.
