British reached out to me in April to tell me I would need to pay $1250 to maintain my current rental. I guess I wasn't using enough propane for their liking. When asked for a smaller tank option, I was told sales would reach out to me. I never heard back from them. Months later they picked up my rental with 35% propane left in the tank….no heads up they were coming to pick it up. I had a large celebration that weekend and left stranded with no stove options. Defiantly not great communication.
Family owned business with great service and high quality installation work
British Empire has been great. I moved here in 2016. Had a propane fireplace installed in 2017 and a heat pump installed 2018. My savings have exceeded my expectations. My electricity bill has been greatly reduced. I have a new propane female driver and she went the extra mile. She saw that I had a broken leg and took my garbage out for which I was so grateful. I would highly recommend this company for its service and reliability.
Always feel like I’m treated as an inconvenience, as I renter I need to call in when my tanks are low to request to have them filled, even if I call with nearly half a tank I still need to call back repeatedly to get service and have run out multiple times and am then charged an “emergency fee”. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking.
