Everything mentioned in previous reviews are absolutely right. They severely lack professionalism and they think they work for charity. I bought a sofa, coffeee table and throw pillows with them. The after bought experience is the worst i ever experienced. Sofa came 1 week later than the promised delivery time. Coffee table was out of stock and they said they can deliver only after 3 months so i asked for refund. Thats it, inhad to call them 30 times atleast to get the refund.

Forget about this place.low quality furniture and they don’t know how to talk with customers.worse experience.I brought bed from their it was very low quality and already had few scratches and took forever to deliver my stuff.I wish if there is negative star option then I will give that to them.No return policy and money back option!!

They send defective furniture. for replacement, we made hundreds of phone calls and emails, no one was giving the proper response. they took 1 month to replace.

The worst service on the world. They are continiously lying on the phone and have zero motivation to work. I couldn’ t get dimensions of the product for one whole day of calling, so I gave up. One star is too much

worst ever service, totally unprofessional. They dont know how to talk with customer. Strongly recommend to avoid this place. You can get same furniture in less price from small store. They are rude, they are expensive and simply they are unacceptable.

TERRIBLE customer service, no words to explain, not even qualify for 1 star,even quality of their furniture is poor. I brought couple of furniture- Brampton loc but they delivered wrong/poor quality products.it’s hassle & when contacted their customer service no care at all abt customer once you buy their product, very slow & not ready to listen our concern.Almost a year now my issue is not resolved yet. I never step into their any store nor recommend anyone, it just waste of your time & money.

I bought my whole house furniture from friends furniture Brampton. Yesterday, i got the delivery. Just want to say everything received in good condition and on time. I bought two custom made sofa sets and one bedroom set and dinning table and coffe table. In future also i will refer my friends to this location.

Worst furniture company. When i walked into their store they convinced me to order a bedset. Took me 7 months to hear back from them. Placed ordered in dec 2018..called them..visited them several times. Called them in July 2019 and was finally advised the bedset is available BUT side table is delayed, will drop it off on Monday. ITS MONDAY AND NO DELIVERY TRUCK OR CALLS FROM THE COMPANY. Very annoyed with this order and company. I live in Brampton and went to their Brampton location...

Worst customer service ever!! Friends Furniture & Mattresses. They deliver wrong stuff and also dont deliver on time. Avoid this place if dont want to deal with non-helpful managers and they dont care about their customers plus lots of false promises.

I am very disappointed with Friends Furniture product & their service. Its been just one year since i bough my home furniture from them and quality is just pathetic. Their response is very slow & their standard reply to most of the question is that its a normal wear & tear. One of my request to change the cloths of my sofa is pending with them for more than a month. I would neither buy anything from them in future nor would recommend it to anyone.

Future Customers I wish, I had a choice to rate them even WORSE. THEY ARE MASTER CHEATERS. They misguide their customers as their sales representative do have any knowledge of their own products. I was cheated as they delivered me wrong product. I bought a firm mattress and they delivered me soft one. I came to know this later since mattress was bought for guests and I never used it for sleep. Manager convinced me to file a complaint and it will be heard but they do not even care to reply back.

I bought whole house furniture from Friends Furniture , Rates and Quality is the best. Staff is friendly and delivery guys were super nice. They took all the empty boxes with them to keep us trouble free for garbege day

Very poor experience as a customer.

I bought a leather sectional , which i got for $2500 after bargaining alot , i was told its 100% genuine leather , which was not true at all , it started flaking off , moreover the hardware used to attach the sectional together was terrible , u can fix it n it opens up in 1 seating or 2, the quality of foam is v bad , 1 seat is way too below from other in few seatings.Dont waste your hard earned money , buy from some reputed n branded store

They are big Cheaters... Just give adds and do cheat with customers

Buyers Beware, wish I cld rate NO STAR. This has been the worse sofa buying experience. They deliver 2-3 hrs after schedule.The guys are not courteous & do not understand English. Our sofa was delivered damaged; it took several phone calls & weeks to get a new sofa. They do not respond to emails & make us repeat our issue each time we called. Their own employees posted the + reviews eg Raminder Gaur is the sales woman.I wish I cld explain my problem but space is ltd. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased a bedroom set for over $1000 and I was disappointed in the quality of the product upon delivery. After delivery of the bed frame, dressers, and night table, I notice on all the items, white streaks on the finish, dents, scratches, and chipped wood on all the items. I contacted the store in Pickering where i purchased it from, and told them i was not happy. The manger at the Pickering told me to e-mail head office on card he provide and they can help. I

I recently bought a bedroom set at Friends Furniture,Brampton. Our experience right from ordering the furniture to delivery at our place in Newmarket has been a wonderful one! Thank you guys and look forward to future shopping at your store :)
