Roberts Cleaning Specialist

Never shows up. Wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my time with this guy.

Doesn't keep appointments. No calls to reschedule or cancel. Will not be recommending them to anyone.

We chose Bret back in Apr due to good reviews,screen removal & price.Monday he was to clean our windows at 2 but called 10 mins before to cancel.We have a big party Sat so we rebooked for today-Wed between 9&10 but he never came or had the courtesy to even call us!Repeated calls to him went unanswered till 2 when we gave him a last chance to come early evening.He came ALONE at 6 & said "You have to remove the screens!"Again he reneged on what was agreed to!We asked him to leave. Not a class act!
