We live in Burks Falls and try to support local businesses, unfortunately As of today, Tim Hortons will no longer be one. I don’t think that we have gotten a correct order from them in over a month. Today I order a toasted BLT on a bagel, stupid me does not look at order while at drive-thru window as I don’t want to hold the line up. I get down road my BLT has egg on it, the bagel is not buttered and there is no Mayo. Needless to say it is dry and the egg totally ruined it.
Ordered a veggie wrap and received meat. This was not my first negative encounter with this location. The other night I had also received the wrong order and upon returning to have it switched I was given cold soup. I'm giving it one star because that's as low as I can rate it. If possible I would in fact deduct stars for the emplpyees poor ability to follow basic instructions. They weren't even busy. I think I'll go vomit now.
