Customer service was excellent. A good balance between agreeing with what I want, but also giving me honest opinions about what frames fit my face well. I ended up with a competitive price and was very happy with the quality of my glasses.

I was over charged for contact lens by a factor of 10X! $219.00 for 3 pairs of lens. Competitor has 6 pairs of lens for $44.00. Exact same brand, model. Same prescription. They only take CASH paid in advance. Sounds fishy to me. The worker probably pocked my money. Here we are a week later and they still haven't received the "order". Their competitor has these in stock. What deception! Never going back, will tell everyone not to as well.

Poor cust service

Went to pick up glasses, walked into store at 942am and was told closed till 10am. Told her only picking up already paid for glasses, she said "Doesn't matter we're closed,,came back 18 mins later served by pleasant girl, took about 40 secs to pick up and leave with no transaction,,could the other lady not have done this since she errored in leaving the door open. \maybe the young girl could train her in courtesy
