ALMOST ruined my stag and doe
My fiancé and I had booked this hall 6 months in advance for our stag and doe because we thought it would be perfect. This place is a decent size, you can have your own bar and the price is right. The DAY of my stag and do I arrived to find out that it had been double booked which we found out later from the other wedding party that it was done on purpose because it was a nephew of the owner. I guess what happened was, it was all booked and they had told the other wedding party to make sure they got there first to set up and "they would deal with it". The person in charge of booking the hall had told us they signed a contract also but we found out after our event was over that they didnt, and we had. I would NEVER recommend this place as it was very un-organized and the fact that this is how they run their business disgusts me. They had another "party room" behind the hall which wasnt even half the size and it was dirty which resembled a basement. Thanks to my amazing wedding party we managed to clean up a mess that wasnt ours to deal with and had a great night with our friends and family.
