The service is the worst the owner should really have a talk with his employees about there attitude
Awfull auto service. Overcharging, parts that don't need to be replace. Arrogant service manager, a mister know it all. Store manager not much better. Bunch of liars. Cars sit there in shop while guys smokes cigarettes outside, but yet they charge you extra hours. RUN AWAY.
Customer service extremely sucks at the Espanola Canadian tires. Was on hold for the service Department for over 15 minutes. And they finally picked up the phone asking to leave my number (which I did) Ive been waiting for over an hour now and they still havent returned my phone call. Also whoever waa working on Nov 26th/20 around 4pm has extremely poor customer service etiquette. Sighed when asking a question and also hung up on me. I will not need giving this place my money
CT Automotive in Espanola provides their customers with nothing but poor attitude, the incorrect parts, and horrible service. I ordered winter tires but they installed all seasons. When I brought my vehicle back to correct their mistake, I was met with an angry and frustrated service rep who blammed me for their error. They begrudgingly changed my tires but as I drove away, I heard a loud clunk and my steering wheel began to shake. They never balanced my tires and the weights fell off. Thx CT.
The manager for customer service was rude with a take it or leave it attitude. This specific Canadian tire location will not give you cash back on a return of there mastercraft products. In store credit does not work if there’s nothing you want to buy in their store.
One of the worst ctc I have visited. Under staffed, low moral among employees,was there on Labour Day wknd Sat. morning 7-8 people at cash , 1 cash open at 10:30 AM, don't go there at lunch time, 1 cash again. They have a captive market because of location and don't care. No one will ever ask if they can help you. They could really take some lessons on customer service from the hardware store across the road. I complained about handicapped parking for over a year before it was addressed, Disgust
Every time we phone for parts we are put on hold and basically forgotten. We have had a muffler on order with them for 2 1/2 months now. When we ask about it, they tell us they will call us when it's in. The call I just made we were on for 10 mins.. no choice on being on hold. Going in is quicker I guess, still no guarantee they have the parts.
