At first, I thought this place was great. The guy on the phone seemed pretty cool, so I was excited to do business with them. After talking to him about a product I needed, we agreed on a price that was both good for me, and good for them. After trying to get some shipping information on some silicone. My requests were ignored and I just got a short email saying "Call with a credit card. We can get this out today." I was a little taken back by this, but just chalked it up to an over enthusiastic sales rep. After explaining that I was still working on my prop and didn't need it just yet. I waited until I was ready and contacted them again. I didn't get to talk to the person I had previously, so I explained it all to the person I was on the phone with the deal, and his response was "Call tomorrow when John is here." Ok. Fine by me, I didn't get to call due to time zone differences, so I emailed John again. Explaining that when I called the person I talked to said that my price wasn't for two like we agreed, and that it would be cheaper for me order from a different distributor if that was the case. His response was "Go ahead. You said it would cost you 160 per kit." Which wasn't what I said AT ALL.
I can honestly say, this is my worst experience with any distributor in this business. For that, I give you no stars. and every friend I have in this business (which is a lot) to avoid you guys like the plague.
