Not enough cashiers always a line up at check out. Now they have self checkout which I think might help but not everyone is comfortable with that; especially Seniors. I find the pharmacy staff very helpful and also cosmetics, always a smile and a greeting. Cant say anything negative about the staff at this location.
Worst Customer Service I ever experienced! Gave them numerous chances to improve their service, after informing them of my concerns! Now I removed my prescriptions from them and will never have another one filled by them Gross incompetence! Much training of Staff is required!
I walked in for a return and explained that I didn't have a receipt because the receipt didn't print for the lady and she told me "there's nothing I can do for you here" I told her that it was unacceptable and she then asked me which till I had gotten it from and I tried to explain the till and she told me if I couldn't tell her then I was obviously lying. She took down my information and told me she would get back to me when she had the time. I went home and called and asked for a manager, I got the front end supervisor who was AMAZING, her name is Shannon and was extremely nice and apologetic. She told me to come back and she would give me a no receipt refund so I came back and the cosmetic manager saw me come back and she came right up to me in the middle of a line and asked "Did you find your receipt" and I said "No but a manager is taking care of me thank you" she then raised her voice at me and told me that "There was nothing they could do for me to leave" I then told her not to talk to me again because I was tired of being yelled at. Shannon then took care of me and helped me out a lot. Needless to say I will be closing my shoppers optimum bank account and never shopping there again.
