Best movers company. Love them low rates paid 575 moving mostly bags from Waterloo to Scarborough. Would use them again. Recommend them.

I ordered ahead of time a 2 bedroom apartment moving but they never showed up. 1 hr before the apointment they called to say they needed to add another guy and change what we arranged by the phone, didnt stick to the main quote and stopped answering when i was calling back, they just laughed at my needs even when they were the ones to change the service.

I hired Gem Moving for 4 bedroom house the whole moving experience was amazing . The office staff was so helpful. The movers were hard working and polite guys . I highly recommend them.

GEM Moving service quality was more than expected and rate was to good too.I made a reservation to have my stuff picked up one week after I got my estimate. The movers showed up on time and loaded our stuff on the truck.i had extra pick up on the way too.Our stuff was in good shape and the movers were nice.They did everything the said and I was happy with the job.Highly recommend their services.

we recently moved 3300 square foot home with Gem Movers .The movers were professional ,super friendly and patient. They helped a lot to pack our stuff and was very careful. we got lot of stuff including gym in the basement and oak cabinets and piano.i was so stressed about the move before but all went well with great humor despite the bad weather.That was the best stress-free move I have every made. i will stay recommending gem movers .

i hired GEM Movers to move my 1 bedroom condo within Toronto downtown. Communication was great, they responded to every call and email I sent. The movers were very professional and polite. I hired gem movers for my move today .The guys were very hardworking and professional .They worked so hard in cold rain as I was moving out of condominium and there was time restrictions with closing of my house. PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! Absolutely horrible - Hidden fees. Quoted for 2 hours- work was done in 1.45/hr but they refused to open the truck until I paid cash for 4 hours. The men stood around as I ran up and down the stairs with my furniture. They couldnt drive their truck- they drove all over my front lawn and a tree. I noticed the men looking through my bags! Tony also yelled at me on the phone, swearing in his language (not English) calling me names and being cruel.

The movers were very professional ,fast and very nice guys.when the guys arrived at my house i was immediately impressed by their professionalism and positive attitude.they assessed the home contents and promptly started wrapping the furniture and moving to truck . me and my wife estimated that it will take good six hours job but just four hours by the movers .they were very cautious and careful. couldnt have had a better experience

Extremely unprofessional, and took advantage of the vulnerability of young women being dependent on moving day to charge unconsensupl fees. The worst moving experience Ive ever had, and Ive moved 10+ times or the past 8 years. I was charged $200 more than I consented to after they put the wrote the wrong address, and charged me for the time it took them to get to the address they wrote down wrong. Stopped communicating with me, did not provide me with a breakdown of the moving service. Betw

This is the worst moving company I have EVER used. Stay away!! We paid for 6 hours of service and they took off an hour early promising to send another truck. I called them and then they say that they’ve got no trucks available and to top it off they HUNG UP ON ME. It’s been hours and they’ve left us mid move high and dry. Never mind the damage made to our brand new house. DO NOT USE THEM!

I have used GEM mover for 3rd time in the row for their perfect moving services . They are really professional in their work . Guys are very polite and respectful . I have no idea why people put bad reviews about them as i am sure they might be the rival companies . i have recommended they to my family and friends and i will advise anyone looking to move to use their services if you want a perfect moving job without any hustle .

This company moved me in May, 2018. They were recommended by someone who had used their services. The crew were there on time, they were extremely pleasant, very professional and had me out of my home and into my new residence within the timeframe quoted to me. Everything was intact and the men were very accommodating in placing things where I wanted them. A dreaded move turned out to be stress-free. If I were to move again, this company would definitely be my first choice

Caution on using the Hamilton location. They overcharged on the total rate by including “breaks”, and “travel” to the overall hourly rate, without telling us about it before. They did not use caution while moving and have left several scratches on the furniture and the house. They pointed to legal conditions that were not part of the signed agreement when we asked about it. Also Tony has extremely poor customer service skills. He used an extremely rude and accusatory tone while talking.

Shouldnt even have one star. They were 35 minutes late, they didnt even know my name to ask for me at concierge. within that time of them being late, my roomate and I moved ALL OF MY FURNITURE down. When they arrived they walked around stunned even though all my move was already set up for them. Roommate and I proceeded to move the things into the truck and then one of the guys was missing, when I asked where the other guy was,, was told he was in the washroom (fine, hes human but he was gone
