On Aug 07, owner of SunnyView Dental charged $161 for my 4.5 year old son's top right 2nd tooth primary molar, and told me issues were fixed right. However, next day checked by another pediatric dentist, found a hole on this tooth. Why $161 was charged but still with a hole? Escalated to request investigation.
on august 6, doctor assigned assistant to offer appointment time for my two kids at 3pm on august 7. however, after driving 40 minutes for appointment, we were told that doctor was in Montreal and did not come on 7th. I was very upset, it is not easy to take 8 and 4.5 years old to drive long way and doctor did not show up. waiting some time, the owner was called to come, asked me what happened without any apology. later, he checked my son, saying to fix something called surface-acid etched poste
I had a throbbing toothache and they were basically the only place open on Sunday in Georgetown.
Great service, friendly staff, and got me out of pain. What more could I ask for.
