I ordered the flowers for my husband funeral 2 weeks ago, I was very clear about the blue colours of flowers and fillings, his favorite flowers. The service day they sent blue and pink flowers and I couldn't reject them because of the time. When I complained to the store owner he tried to convince me that pink aster are the same that blue aster and when I asked about compensation, he said that not, that I was wrong, he was kind of threatining to me and asked me to leave the store. WORST STORE!!
I have dealt with this company for thirty years. Just received a flower arrangemt with Roses and daisies. Half of the daisies were broken in two. Meaning the daisies were missing half the petals. Awful display. I will never deal here again. Not interested in excahngin the arrangement, offered me some new daisies. Brutal!
