I can appreciate that they take time with each client however it should not take over 3 hours for a trim and colour. On top of it all I came on time and was made to wait 30 mins because the girl that did my hair couldn’t gage how long it would take the other girls highlights to set. If they had a hair dryer it would speed up things. When I showered today and the colour was washing out.... I have had my hair professionally coloured before and I know that should not happen. Won’t be returning

My wife and I have been going to Bent for several years and have never had a bad experience. Bill is excellent. They have given free samples of products and sold styling equipment at better prices than the big box stores. This on top of the staffs immense talent has made it a no brainer when it comes to choosing where to get our haircuts.

I booked an appointment one week ahead and I was going to be late and I called 20 minutes ahead notifying them and they did not answer the phone so I left a message. Arriving 15 mins late Cassandra sitting down socializing said she has no time to do my hair because I am late. She was rude and disrespectful, I do not recommend to anyone!!

Candice and the staff made this the best hair service I have ever had! It started with a warm welcome and a relaxed consultation with Candice on the look I wanted. The salon, in a renovated period building is very clean and spacious. For truly wonderful hair salon service, you must see Candice at Bent Hair Design. I'll be back.
