Worst customer service I have ever received. The girl working in the basement selling the snowboard equipment reads all the snowboarding information off the back of the boards. The other employees act like it's a "whatever" job and do not know anything about snowboards or ski equipment at all. Bought one item there and I refuse to let myself, family and friends buy anything there again... Was not appreciated for the large purchase -- business I was giving them during that purchase, I.e. No deal was given etc. I would recommend that you don't buy anything from this store
