    my wife and I bought an umbrella/stand here on June 12. less than 30 days later we tried to replace the umbrella as we had noticed a split in the fabric. Terra staff refused to replace it or compensate us in any way. we wont be shopping at any Terra from now on. may have been as act of nature that damaged the umbrella but when you buy something from anywhere you sort of assume they stand by their returns policy which seems to be non existent for Terra.
