I had a poor experience at the Midland Avenue location After indicating my color was no where near what was discussed or blended well, the manager aligned her support with the stylist, who was rated as a master stylist, and said it was what I asked for. It was not! Customer service definitely lacked. I new something was wrong as she kept pausing and looking at the color during washing, called over the manager but continued on. I paid the $180 as I couldnt wait to leave. I cried for days.
