They did an absolute terrible job with the cement around our pool. It was supposed to be coloured and it was poorly done. Colour was poor to start after one season nothing. The cement cracked as well. I would not recommend them at all.
I needed a hardware kit to fix our ladder. I was told 1wk. I paid for it and 7weeks later it came in. Spoke with Mark, store manager, during the 7weeks and got excuse after excuse. Half the summer gone because of a $30 hardware kit. Customer service is garbage in Kitchener.
Did not add water to the pool to start equipment.
The girl on the phone was unapologetic.
So, for $300. they took the cover off and put chemicals in.
Value for the dollar - low.
Would never use them again.
