I recently went into this wonderful store and was having difficulty walking due to recent surgery. The very nude cashier asked if I was ok. When I explained the walking difficulty due to surgery, she immediately called another worker to come and help me. The very nice man asked what I needed and told me to stay where I was and he would get it. Everyone was extremely helpful and I am very grateful. This store has wonderful caring employees and have the best customer service, by far.
Never before have I seen a grocery store with a closed express line. This freshco does it with regularity. Rush hour, most people just stopping in to grab a couple of things and the express line closed. Simply mind numbing. The express cashier will also wander off to deal with price checks or return shopping baskets. This is what the grocery department is for. Get the customers out, don't irritate them. Other than that, it's a nice clean store.
