I was directed there by my contractor. They called my contractor behind my back and caused a lot of disruption. I cancelled their appt. to measure. If I can't trust one to keep our conversation confidential, they are not to be trusted.
Sometimes we are placed in a difficult situation since we both supply and install windows and doors at our Retail locations. In this situation your contractor sent you into our showroom to select products only. When you requested installation services from Golden Windows, you placed us in a position where there would be a potential conflict of interest. We feel obligated to provide full disclosure to our contractors when these situations arise to avoid competing against them with identical products and services.
