I visited ESSO CIRCLE K 5014 dixie rd, Mississaga ON L4W1C9. On 10-Oct-2020 I filled up gas, went inside the store and paid, store person did not ask me about CAR wash. After I paid the gas amount I reminded him about the CAR wash and asked for free Car wash as promised by ESSO, he refused to give me that and said “you did not leave store so I will not give this offer”, but as he didn’t asked me before I pay the bill, he had to give me free car wash, at that time I paid him for car wash $18.07,
