At Prime Urgent Care Clinic is a walk-in clinic in Mississauga. We provide family medicine, including children's immunizations, stitches, allergy injections, flu shots, cardiology, obstetrics and pulmonary testing. At Prime Urgent Care Clinic we speak English, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.
There was a nurse lady who works on May 31, 2022 in the morning, she did my blood work. She has no manners, rude, unprofessional, and knows nothing about taking blood. After she found out that she is unable to draw blood from me her recommendation to me is that I have to find a lab to do my blood work. I distinctly told her is not happening; she rolled her eyes and looked at me as if I am insignificant. The workers there need proper customer training.
I bring my family to this clinic on the regular basis. The staff is friendly the doctors are nice and importantly it's a very clean nice clinic. Compared to the rest of the walking clinic's and family doctors in the area de compared to the rest of the walkin clinics and family doctors I would recommend Prime.
Worst clinic ever. And the most unprofessional dcotor is Dr Shruti Gowda. She accepted me as a new patient and never even took a physical exam. Its a challenge to get her attention and listen to you. She doesn't care about your medical history and just want to rush out of the room. She prescribed me high dose prenatals for no reason. Not her fault since she never knew who I was as she takes no interest in her patients. Super unprofessional.
Worst clinic I have been to. The women doctor is only there once a week the wait time is also ridiculous 2 hours. The doctor sent me for a blood test after when the results came another doctor said i was tested for wrong things and sent me for another one ridiculous! If you have seruous issues please dont waiste your time here.
I met Dr. Taha he is so nice, very elegant, professional, detailed, examine me properly.I am very satisfied,will suggest people to register with him as a family doctor. Environment of the clinic very pleasant doesn't smell and feels like a regular walk-in clinic. Having friendly environment.
I visited this clinic soley based on the positive reviews of the other patients. I arrived at 9:40am and did not see the doctor until 11:35am. At this "walk-in" clinic patients with appointments are seen before those that walk in. You can imagine my frustration as i continued to see patients come in and get taken to examination rooms before me. I only realized this was the policy by noticing a small sign posted behind the reception desk. Not once did the receptionist acknowledge me or give me any indication as to how long the wait would would be. To be fair the doctor was efficient and referred me to the appropriate specialist without hassle. The building was also clean and nicely decorated. So having said all that, if you are truely ill and feeling poorly i would not recommend this clinic as you will be forced to sit shoulder to shoulder in a noisy waiting room with uncomfortable chairs for quite a long time unless you are a regular patient of the clinic. I recently found this new clinic in Mississauga. It has been a very good experience. The clinic is very well put together and looks great. There are really no wait times here's and the staff is very friendly. I have met two doctor's here and they have both been thorough with me and my children.
first of all the place is very neat and clean, clinic ambiance is great, staff are courteous, friendly and helpful, the doctor was exceptionally nice, helpful, knowledgeable really amazing doctor. didn't wait very long. I really recommend this clinic.
i went to this clinic as a walk in patient and had the best time with the receptionist and assistant. they were all very nice and the doctor that saw me as well. the wait was not that bad because i was served well by the employees. everyone is smiling and the clinic looks really nice. i recommend this place to every one that needs to see a doctor.
I have been to this clinic a few times, the facility is clean and very nice, the staff are welcoming and the doctors are very friendly and take their time with their patients.
I usually only have to wait about 10-15 minutes, which is great because most other walk-ins I have been to have made me wait for over an hour.
I highly recommend this clinic!
