About one year ago I purchased their lock that stores keys on combination. After using it about 10 times it malfunctioned and I had to hire someone to cut the lock and get new keys. Contacted customer service in Canada who were horrible. Promised a replacement and then never followed through. Did not answer emails. Bad product. Bad customer service.
