Worst dealership and group of cheaters. They will inflate your price adding so many packages, without your consent and will force you to pay. They promise refundable deposit to book vehicle and when you try to cancel, they will invent charges and don’t give refunds. I have never met such group of dishonest and untrustworthy individuals in my life. I would recommend everyone that don’t even go here for oil change, even though you have bought from them. Service department is the worst, try to sale unneeded services. The service guy ask me to rate 5 star and He give me 10% discount. Recently, I have to buy some parts for my honda crv they charge me double the price. I got the part from Amazone Japanese made 100% the same for 1/2 the price. People pls do your research before buying any part from them. I avoid bring my car as much as I can to Honda service department. Have the car for the 12 yrs now.
I bought Honda Certified car from Honda Meadowale in June 2020. Went to Honda Meadowale with in six months for oil change. However, I was told that ‘B1’ service is required. How is it possible that B1 services is required on a ‘Honda Certified’ car in less than SIX months? Is Honda’s Certification a lip service? Or Honda Meadowale Service Team is there to rip off the customers? “Be honest and sincere to your customers to retain them.”
Went in today because my gas cover was stuck. Easy and smooth service. Jazz and the guys helped me out right away in under 10 minutes in and out!
I Would highly recommend meadowvale honda for service and sales. Every time I return to this particular Honda dealership I am treated with loyalty and respect and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel satisfied and welcome.
I will never purchase a car from Meadowvale Honda, nor consider ever purchasing a Honda after my experience with this dealership. If you're interested in purchasing a car from an unprofessional dealership that shamelessly plays games then this is the dealership for you! I chose this dealership due to proximity to my personal mechanic, but clearly this is the only thing this dealership has going for it. All customers, including used-car purchasers, should recieve a certain level of respect.
I took my car in for service on my ac should of check over the car before and after the car was fixed there was a scratch on the rim and I know it wasn't there before. Nothing was resolved the assistant manger did not want to find any resolution it all came down to he said she said.

Though my sales person did great job in closing the sale with firm sale price. Thanks to CFO Syed Armughan he got me approved from the Honda Finance. I went to the dealership for the oil change, how ever i had been told that my ATF is dirty at ODO 46000 KM and need urgent flush. I agreed with the service advisor after 10 minutes they handed over me the car claiming all the services Handed over invoice of 280 Dollars. 170 was the labor. Horrible Experience with services department @Meadowvale
Do the good shopping with other dealers, before confirm the deal with them, Salesman is deceiver, and will not give you good deal. I trusted them because I was refered from my friend, and I got the worst LEASE deal Ever Dont Trust Them!!

Today i dropped my car at this dealer for a recall. They were supposed to shuttle me back to pick up my car. I called 3 times, each time they put me on hold for 5-10 mins without an answer and in the end i was sent to voice mail. I left 2 voice mails, but no one called back In the end, my wife had to pick me up from work and drive me to the dealer to pick up my car. When i arrived, I asked to talk to the services manager. I was left waiting for 20 mins and in the end when he talked to me, I explained my incident and all what he said is: "I will not buy your happiness"!!!!!! as if i was asking for money This shows the terrible customers service quality. I will not ever deal with this dealer again
This dealership cares about you as a customer and they go above and beyond the call of duty. I would definitely recommend this place as they have the knowledge and the expertise to assist in what ever vehicle you need and whatever price point works best for you as an individual
