    Purchased a sectional that started pilling excessively after a few months of regular use. Paid $569.99 for a 5-year extended warranty for items purchased that day. The customer service is the worst in North America. If you're thinking of going there, just beware, after 14 days they're rude and aggressive. Extended warranty is done by another company took my money & never honored it. Poor quality fabric should be covered by the manufacturer. I'm one of the victims of a big SCAM!! Don't be one

    We bought coach set in July 18 2022. One sit pillow missed. Called to store. Store said we ordering for you now, just don't complain now or salesperson can lose his commission (?). Next day we wanted to verify and went to the store. Some teller said we'll order it for you if it was not done yesterday. And said will be about week. So before August or maximum 1 August we can pickup pillow from store. Someone calls and asks to send picture of missing part - we did. We said are going to vacation til

    We have had a very bad experience with this store and the store manager, or at least the person claiming to be the manager on that day! Promises made to us at time of purchase not honoured when it came to delivering. We still dont have all the items we purchased in December 2019!

    Terrible Service- Don’t buy here. If you have any issues after your purchase they will not be helpful We bought a mattress that the delivery guys broke in the process of delivery- I was back in the store within days and was told I had to wait 21 days in order to exchange as per store policy. I told them something was wrong not knowing the frame was broken, I described the situation to the manager and was told there was nothing they could do So they can literally brake your items

    The patio furniture that I purchased arrived damaged and rusted. The entire set is useless & unsafe. I reported the damages by email within 2 days of delivery. The Brick did not respond so I called & the manager said the back of my invoice states that all sales are final. She said that I should have opened the boxes in front of the delivery team and inspected the items before signing the delivery slip. I will never shop at the Brick again and will not recommend it to anyone.

    DO NOT !! I REPEAT DO NOT VISIT THE BRICK STORE FOR ANY OF YOUR FURNITURE NEEDS. THEY PROVIDE A PATHETIC SERVICE WILL NOT ANSWER YOUR MAILS AND THEIR GRIEVENCE REDRESSAL SYSTEM SUCKS BIG TIME. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS (WHICH I AM SURE YOU WILL) AND OPEN A CLAIM FOR THE SAME, THEY WOULD MAKE YOU RUN LEFT AND RIGHT TO THEIR WEBSITE UNTIL YOU ARE FRUSTRATED ANNOYED TO THE EXTENT YOU LOOSE HOPE AND QUIT.

    Purchased a table when it arrived at the house it was far more damaged than listed on the invoice. As a resolve they said they would provide $50.00 to keep the chipped marble top table which had already came apart in jagged pieces or I could return the purchase for nothing in return. As a compromise after posting a social media review they agreed to compensate me but refuse to answer phone calls to honour the deal and the email of the contact is conveniently full for days and can't receive email
