Large quantities and absolutely delecious - Spicy - just as I like it!
Wang's Serves Excellent food, Good service. Reasonable price. Visited few times, always found decent food quality, quantity n price. Especially takeout special is my best favorite . I enjoy ala carte menu when I visit with my friends. Crispy chilli lamb, Phuket fish , pepper prawn, chilli chicken, tshing hai rice noodles,Vegetable manchurian, pepper crab r my choices as always. I love fried ice cream always to wrap up. Some of the reviews on this site are biased n I m not agreed at all because I m visiting since 2006, they never compromise on quality. Their loyalty card is awesome. Online 10% takeout orders is really worthy. I redeemed twice those Loyalty card.Their party platter are good enough to serve 7/8 people. I think people should give another chance before they make any negative comment. I don't think any place can make everybody happy always, it's all about time & preferences. I think people should judge based on valid point. I love this place as always. Wang's Kitchen is the best among any other Hakka Chinese cuisine. Wang's Chefs are the best people for making Hakka food.
Food was very bland for an indian chinese quisine. The wall were dirty and the place was cold. Over priced dishes. The waiter was friendly and efficient. This place services can not encourage my bbusiness again.
Based on reviews we decided to check this place out and were seriously disappointed. The chicken in both our dishes was all greasy leg meat. Gross. We barely touched our dinner and to be polite took the rest to go and gave it away. The only worse food I've paid for was in Cuba.
Food was very good and excellent customer service by people working there. only thing is we have seen some cockroachs lying around the table. they should keep clean to maintain the quality overall.
We went to Wangs Kitchen Mississauga and boy, the mix mandarin noodle was a treat for sure. pepper chicken, crab meat soup, empress delight, and stuffed eggplant were heavenly. I have an event coming up in May, these will be my caterers. I have decided.
its was fantastic luch i love th food every thing was good.....
Dear Restaurantica, Though we ordered our routine stuff as regular diners to Wangs Kitchen, there was a surprise awaiting our group. We were given exotic dishes created by the chef specially. The server later informed us they will be introducing these new items to the menu. Some time in May, Wangs Kitchen diners will get to taste Fish Fingers, onion rings, Chicken Chilli in green chili sauce, dragon gobi, prawn in chiili paste and garnished with chilli oil. prawn in crab sauce which is very mild and tasty, herbal beef, the winner we felt is a crab meat dish. desserts were fried bananas and apple toffee. i wanted to share this with other patrons of WK, just incase they are reading this. I want them to be part of the tasting session which happens unannounced and as a surprise. Thank you WK. I really loved all those dishes. I loved the crab meat and prawn in crab meat sauce.... yummm
I liked the taste and will recommend it to others. portions are sufficient too. A few more items in the menu would not hurt.
Good food, check out online site to order takeout..
These people don't know the diffrence between chilli chicken and chicken manjurian.
We were a group of 4 and ordered rice and noodle mix dish. Bean Curd Pakoras, veg Manchurian and Phuket Fish. This restaurant, we felt served the best fish. Their Manchurian is good and I loved the rice and noodle mix. Manchow soup tastes great. do try that one veg or with chaicken.
We have eaten Indian Style Chinese Cuisine in many places, but this place in our opinion, has to be the WORST among all. The food we ordered were supposed to be Spicy(The Menu Card shows the Red Chilli next to our items), but it did not even have SALT, and it could not have been any less BLAND. We had to finish the Hot Sauce that was kept on our table. Service was absolutely pathetic in this restaurant. It took almost 20 minutes for the Waiter to come and take our Order and almost 45 minutes after that for the food to come. There was one waiter going around cleaning tables, taking orders, serving food and doing the billing. I guess he was also cooking because you could see him completely disappear for long stretches of time.
we had chiili chicken on noodles. the taste was right as the spice, even in a food festival scenario was maintained. I wish we had ordered more food from this stall, coz by the time we reached this stall, just like exhibition visitors, we had eaten at various stalls. so, visit to this restaurant is pending. well, I must thank your site, it helps us in chking food outlets and decide in choosing. AS
I think the staff is very courteous and the food is excellent. I have on more than one occasion asked for the chef and have personally congratulated him on such wonderful cullinary. The staff is extremely polite, but they can use a little more knowledge on food and wine. Especially the wine. But that one drawback will never stop me from going back again. I am a regular, i go there twice a week, and this is one place that serves hakka style chinese food like no other in town. definitely TWO THUMBS UP!
A fantastic dinning experience. The soups were a warm and wonderful way to start the evening on a cold winter's night. Full of flavor and a great appetite builder. The noodle dishes had just enough kick with a blend of well cooked veggies and spices. The fried ice cream ended the night with a sweet flavour, (not over- powering), in our mouths. The service was super courteous and with each dish asked if the food was to our liking, as well if we needed anything. The only reason we would give the food a nine, is that we hope they will expand the appetizer menu to include more dishes. For vegetarians, it's hard to get good selections dining out. We look forward to our next visit with several of our friends.
the food was xcellen the atmosphere was amazin & to top it all the service was fabolous overall a 9
I read the review on this website and visited this India-Chinese restaurant. they serve, tasty quality food. The manchurian sauce is extremely good. phuket fish tasted divine. I personally liked the way this dish was presented. simple yet elegant. For spice lovers, get a little tingle on your taste buds with baby corn pepper salt. and yes, u can pop in fried ice cream to cool it afterwards. Jeanette
stuffed eggplant and veg manchurian was good. mushroom-tomato rice was good too. pepper-salt babycorn was good. spring roll is okay. soups average. beancurd pakoda has colour. wish it had more spice or they cud use panner instd. tshing hai rice and noodle is a good combination as well. RA
