In 2011 Krikunez represented me in standard RE transaction (house sale and purchase).
Some time after closing I received my first bill from Enbridge…. There was quite a surprise: charges by others. It took me about a year and $$$ to resolve the issue on my own.
Mr Krikunez failed to exercise due diligence; failed to deal with the issue after closing, and to top it all “disappeared”: could not be reached by phone or email.
If you do not want your lawyer to go in hiding, look for someone else.
