A lot of times, you can judge the quality of service by a phone call. A few weeks ago, I had to deal with these guys when I was purchasing my car. A salesman I was dealing with at the time used to work at this dealership. Since Toyota Financial wouldn't fax payouts to non-Toyota dealership, the salesman advised me to contact Sunrise Toyota to ask them to fax my payout over.
