Always pleasant, explaining what they are going to do, doing it efficiently, cost is often lower than competitors, overall a great place, not fancy, but if you want a reasonable cost & good service, go there. They take into account the type of driving you do, & distance & advise you accordingly, not pushing you to buy higher priced tires.
Tried to get the tires we bought installed. Told us we could leave the car over night for installation some time the next day. Turns out you cannot do that. You have to go before they open and wait in line and hope they agree to install your tires. You cannot call ahead either. Totally ridiculous. Will never go there again.
